Veterans experiencing drug or alcohol misuse will integrate into CDARS’ psycho-social activities which include one to one and group counselling alongside other civil users.
Veterans will then receive mentoring and tailored support from two trained military veterans to assist them in maintaining their sobriety and enhancing it by returning to work.
One of the available programmes is song writing, including production and recording sessions, concerts, social events. This will be led by music industry mentors in professionally equipped studios in London.
Pathways will also be opened to mainstream education, training, volunteering and employment opportunities as part of the treatment programme.
